What rider height is the AP20 best suited to?

TrailSurge's current fit data lists approximately 5ft 6in to 6ft 3in (about 168–190cm) as the intended rider-height range. Fit still depends on leg length, saddle position and personal preference. If you are close to either end of the range, compare the seat height and overall dimensions before ordering.

Can I remove the AP20 battery for charging indoors?

Yes. The AP20 uses a removable 48V 15.6Ah battery, so you can charge the pack away from the bike. AOVOPRO lists charging time at around five hours.

Will the AP20 really do 50 miles on one charge?

AOVOPRO advertises up to 50 miles, but that should be treated as a maximum-condition figure rather than a guaranteed everyday distance. Fat tyres, rider weight, hills, temperature and higher power use can all reduce range. If range is critical, plan your route with reserve battery rather than assuming the full claimed figure every ride.

Is the Aovo Pro AP20 Electric Bike easy to assemble?

The Aovo Pro AP20 Electric Bike arrives mostly assembled. Final setup normally includes aligning and securing the handlebars, fitting the pedals and completing essential safety checks. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes, or select our professional assembly and PDI service.

Is the Aovo Pro AP20 Electric Bike water resistant?

The Aovo Pro AP20 Electric Bike is not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, and never submerge or pressure wash the bike or its electrical components. After riding in wet conditions, wipe the bike dry and store it in a dry, sheltered location.
