The first impression was excellent and everything felt solid straight away. The quiet electric drive makes testing much less disruptive than a petrol model. The controls are easy to understand and the braking response feels progressive. A very convincing option for this type of machine.

Bought this for short journeys and it has been spot on. It folds quickly, feels light enough to manage and the ride is smoother than I expected for a compact scooter. Very pleased with it.

The tub arrived securely packaged and all the main parts were clearly organised. Once filled and heated, it felt stable, comfortable and much more substantial than the cheaper options we had seen. The New York has been comfortable to use and there is a comfortable amount of space without the tub feeling oversized in the garden. The shape makes good use of the available space and gives everyone a comfortable position. Everyone has found the controls easy to understand and the tub remains stable when several people are using it. We are extremely pleased with the decision to buy it. A+
