Patinete Eléctrico de Doble Motor KuKirin G2 Ultra

The KuKirin G2 Ultra electric scooter is the dual-motor step up from the standard G2. Its two 800W motors deliver 1,600W of combined rated power, paired with a 48V 18Ah battery, 10-inch tubeless tyres and front and rear suspension. Designed for experienced adult riders on suitable private land, the G2 Ultra focuses on stronger pull, two-wheel-drive traction and a more feature-rich riding experience.

With a manufacturer-claimed range of up to 55km (34 miles) and published riding modes reaching 50km/h (31mph), this is a serious performance scooter rather than a lightweight fold-up commuter. Model revisions and settings can affect speed figures, so treat advertised performance as conditional rather than guaranteed.

Why choose the G2 Ultra dual-motor scooter?

Two 800W motors for stronger acceleration and traction

Unlike the single-motor G2, the Ultra drives both wheels. That helps distribute drive force when accelerating and can be useful on firm but uneven private tracks or gradients where grip is limited. It does not make loose, wet or slippery surfaces risk-free, and riders should build confidence gradually using appropriate speed settings. The listed climb capability is up to 25° under favourable conditions.

A larger 18Ah battery for private-land rides

At approximately 864Wh of nominal battery capacity (48V × 18Ah), the G2 Ultra carries more stored energy than the standard G2's 720Wh pack. KuKirin states an upper range figure of 55km under test conditions, with performance depending heavily on the use of high-power modes. When both motors are working hard, energy consumption increases and the real-world distance can fall substantially below the published maximum.

Comfort and braking for a more substantial scooter

Its 10-inch air-filled tubeless tyres are paired with spring suspension at the front and rear to help manage small bumps and vibration. Disc brakes at both ends provide mechanical braking, assisted by motor power cut-off when the brakes are applied. The broad foot deck measures about 46 × 18.7cm, supporting a stable stance. Always leave enough stopping distance and check brake adjustment and tyre condition before riding.

Touch display, lighting and Bluetooth audio

Alongside speed, battery and riding-mode information on the display, the G2 Ultra includes an integrated lighting setup and a built-in Bluetooth speaker. The Bluetooth feature is for audio from a compatible phone; it should not be confused with GPS tracking or remote locking. Keep audio at a level that does not mask surroundings, particularly where other people may be nearby.

KuKirin G2 Ultra vs G2 vs G2 Master

The standard KuKirin G2 uses a single 800W motor and a 48V 15Ah battery. The G2 Ultra doubles the motor count to two 800W units and increases battery capacity to 18Ah, making it the more suitable choice when dual-motor acceleration is the main priority. The G2 Master moves up again to dual 1000W motors and a larger 52V 20.8Ah battery, with a longer claimed range.

If you want the dual-drive experience without paying for the G2 Master's higher-capacity platform, the Ultra occupies the middle ground. If carrying the scooter up stairs is important, consider the model's substantial weight and folded dimensions before ordering.

Useful ownership advice

• Range planning: Expect less than the quoted 55km when using both motors aggressively, accelerating often, tackling hills or riding in colder weather.
• Recharging: A full charge is listed at about 9–10 hours using the correct charger.
• Tyres: Tubeless pneumatic tyres still need pressure checks and can still suffer punctures.
• Folding and transport: The folding mechanism helps with storage, but this is a heavy dual-motor scooter, not something to carry regularly on stairs.
• Aftercare: Regularly inspect both brakes, wheel fasteners, suspension hardware and the folding mechanism.

KuKirin G2 Ultra UK questions answered

Is the KuKirin G2 Ultra really 1600W?

Yes. It uses two 800W rated motors, giving 1,600W of combined rated motor power. That is different from a scooter with one 1,600W motor because the Ultra drives both wheels.

Does the G2 Ultra have a 55km range?

Up to 55km is KuKirin's maximum stated figure under favourable conditions. High-speed and dual-motor riding can use significantly more battery energy.

Can I ride the G2 Ultra on public roads in the UK?

No. Privately owned e-scooters are not legal to ride on UK roads, pavements, cycle lanes or public parks. Ride only on private land with the landowner's permission. Read the official UK e-scooter guidance.
