Can the Koolux X2 battery be charged away from the bike?

Yes. Unlock and remove the frame battery for indoor charging, or leave it fitted and use the charge port on the bike. Hold the battery securely when removing it, keep the key as a spare rather than leaving it in the lock and confirm the pack is fully latched before setting off.

Can I use panniers on the Koolux X2's rear rack?

Yes, with compatible panniers that clear the wheel, brakes and rear light. Check the rack's load rating, distribute weight evenly and remember that rider, luggage and accessories all count toward the bike's 120 kg maximum load.

What is the practical difference between the Koolux X2 and X3?

Both use 26 × 1.95-inch tyres, a 48V 15Ah battery and hydraulic brakes. The X2 has a genuinely open low-step frame and weighs about 27.3 kg, making it the easier everyday mount. The X3 uses a higher mid-step top tube and weighs about 28.6 kg, giving it a more traditional, sportier frame shape.

Is the Bicicletta Elettrica Koolux X2 easy to assemble?

The Bicicletta Elettrica Koolux X2 arrives mostly assembled. Final setup normally includes aligning and securing the handlebars, fitting the pedals and completing essential safety checks. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes, or select our professional assembly and PDI service.

Is the Bicicletta Elettrica Koolux X2 water resistant?

The Bicicletta Elettrica Koolux X2 is not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, and never submerge or pressure wash the bike or its electrical components. After riding in wet conditions, wipe the bike dry and store it in a dry, sheltered location.
