Repairs & Servicing
- Place your repair/service order, then we’ll email the next steps (what to send + where to send it, or drop-off instructions)
- Once received, we assess the issue and confirm the work required
- If extra parts or labour are needed, we’ll contact you with a quote before proceeding
- After completion, we return your item with tracking (or arrange collection)
- Turnaround varies by country and courier network
- Once your item is received, we’ll confirm an estimated completion window
- If you need an urgent repair, contact us before ordering
- Pack securely to avoid transit damage (we can advise packaging if needed)
- Include your order number inside the parcel
- Remove accessories you don’t want us to handle unless they’re relevant to the fault
- You can cancel before work starts (or before booking is confirmed) — contact us ASAP
- If diagnostics/inspection has been completed, a fee may apply (where applicable)
- Custom/consumed parts ordered specifically for your job may be non-refundable
Service Warranty
- Repairs are covered for workmanship issues related to the work carried out (reasonable use conditions)
- New parts fitted are covered under the relevant manufacturer warranty (where applicable)
- Excludes: unrelated faults, wear & tear, accidental damage, water ingress, misuse, and unauthorised modifications after service
- If an issue occurs, contact support with your order number plus photos/video where possible
- Some faults are intermittent and may require extended testing
- If we find no fault on inspection, we’ll advise next steps (and any applicable diagnostics fee)
- Please keep packaging until you’ve confirmed everything is working as expected
