The Koolux X3 Electric Bike 48V 15ah arrives mostly assembled. Final setup normally includes aligning and securing the handlebars, fitting the pedals and completing essential safety checks. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes, or select our professional assembly and PDI service.

Is the Koolux X3 water resistant?

The Koolux X3 is not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, and never submerge or pressure wash the bike or its electrical components. After riding in wet conditions, wipe the bike dry and store it in a dry, sheltered location.

At the heart of the KOOLUX X3 lies a powerful 250W brushless hub motor with an impressive 500W peak capacity, offering smooth acceleration and confident performance. In restricted mode, the X3 complies with UK e-bike regulations at speeds of up to 15.5mph, while unlocked mode unleashes its full potential - reaching speeds of up to 28mph for private land use.

The neatly integrated yet removable 48V 15Ah lithium-ion battery ensures long-lasting power and convenient charging, making extended rides effortless.

Ride quality is enhanced by front fork suspension, 26" x 1.95" Kenda tyres for superior traction, and dual hydraulic disc brakes which deliver reliable stopping power in all conditions. Integrated LED front and rear lighting ensures excellent visibility, keeping you safe on early morning commutes and evening rides

You can choose between 3 driving modes: pedal assist mode, pure electric mode (if you use the throttle grip included as an accessory) and classic pedal mode. In normal pedal mode, you can experience unique acceleration with the 7-speed Shimano gears and mechanical gears. In moped mode and pure electric mode, you can enjoy an unexpectedly fast driving experience.
