Description
Quick Summary The ENGWE M20 Electric Bike is a bold, fat-tyre electric bike built for strong performance and versatile use. With a 48 V battery system and a 750W motor, higher capacity battery option, dual suspension and fat tyres it’s designed for comfort and stability across mixed terrain.
Smooth Power Delivery The M20’s brushless 750W motor provides strong torque and reliable performance, especially when combined with the 7-speed Shimano gearing system that gives flexibility across terrains.
Comfort & Control With its dual suspension system (front hydraulic + rear shock absorber), the bike absorbs bumps and rough terrain with ease. The 20″ × 4.0″ fat tyres greatly enhance stability and comfort, while the hydraulic disc brakes front and rear give strong stopping performance — important given the bike’s potential weight and power.
Smart Battery System A 48 V battery system gives a solid foundation. The standard 13-Ah version offers up to ~75 km in PAS mode 1 as per manufacturer. There’s also a 26-Ah upgrade option for extended range. The ~5-hour charge time is convenient for overnight or day-use charging, and the LCD display helps monitor battery level and ride stats.
Tech You Can Trust The M20 is equipped with features often found in higher-end e-bikes — dual suspension, fat tyres, Shimano 7-speed gearing, hydraulic disc brakes, LCD display — all built into a frame that is listed as lightweight aluminium alloy, improving durability and riding experience.

Full Suspension & Fat Tyres for Comfort and Versatility - ENGWE M20 Electric Bike
The ENGWE M20 Electric Bike features full-suspension (front fork + rear shock) and 20" x 4.0" fat tyres to absorb shocks, smooth out rough terrain and provide stable ride quality. The design of the ENGWE M20 Electric Bike makes it comfortable on uneven roads, trails, or urban surfaces - giving you confidence and versatility in your ride.
Fat Tyre Brakes & Safety Features for Confident Riding - ENGWE M20 Electric Bike
For controlled stopping and stable handling, the M20 pairs 20 x 4.0in fat tyres with hydraulic disc brakes front and rear. The wide contact patch helps keep the bike planted on mixed surfaces, while the LCD display makes it easy to monitor speed, assist level and battery status as you ride. The frame is listed as lightweight aluminium alloy for durability.
Yes — ENGWE sells a dedicated M20 range‑extender battery option, designed to increase total range.
Range extender: 48V 20Ah (listed) and adds roughly 47–98 km depending on mode/conditions.
Note: some listings state the extender battery is sold without a charger — check before ordering.
The Engwe M20 Electric Bike arrives mostly assembled. Final setup normally includes aligning and securing the handlebars, fitting the pedals and completing essential safety checks. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes, or select our professional assembly and PDI service.
The Engwe M20 is not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, and never submerge or pressure wash the bike or its electrical components. After riding in wet conditions, wipe the bike dry and store it in a dry, sheltered location.
