The Valtinsu EM23 Electric Dirt Bike is a high-performance off-road electric motorcycle built for riders who want serious torque, long trail range, and full-size dirt-bike stability. With a 60V system, large off-road wheels, and hydraulic braking, it’s designed for fast private-land riding, motocross practice, and demanding trail use.
High-Power Motor Performance
The EM23 runs a 60V motor system rated around 4000W peak output, delivering strong acceleration and responsive torque for off-road riding. The listing states a top speed of up to 70 km/h (≈44 mph) with three selectable speed modes (25 / 45 / 70 km/h) to suit beginner through advanced riders.
High-Capacity Removable Battery
A 60V 27Ah removable lithium battery powers the EM23 and provides a claimed riding range of up to around 80 km (≈50 miles) depending on terrain and speed. The removable design allows convenient indoor charging and improved security. Charging time is typically around 5–6 hours with the supplied fast charger.
Full-Size Off-Road Wheels & Suspension
The EM23 uses a 19″ front and 17″ rear off-road tyre setup, giving it proper dirt-bike proportions and improved stability at speed. Front hydraulic suspension and a rear shock absorber help absorb bumps, ruts, and trail impacts for better control on rough terrain.
Hydraulic Brakes & Climbing Ability
Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes provide strong stopping power for higher-speed riding. The bike is listed with a climbing capability around 30°, supporting technical trails and steep sections.
Frame, Fit & Riding Position
Built on a steel frame, the EM23 features a seat height around 810 mm (81 cm) and a maximum load capacity around 120 kg, making it suitable for teens and adult riders. The wheelbase and handlebar width are designed to give a stable off-road stance similar to small petrol dirt bikes.

Fit guidance: Estimated rider-height range
Sizes are a guide. Rider proportions, footwear and setup can affect fit.
With 4000W peak power on a 60V 27Ah system and a listed top speed of 44 MPH, the EM23 is aimed at riders who want an electric motocross-style bike feel for off-road use. A Up to 30 deg climb spec supports hill starts and sustained gradients. The larger wheel setup helps it stay composed at higher pace.
The 60V 27Ah battery is rated for a listed max range of up to 50 Miles. Recharge time is listed at around 5-6 hours, making it practical for overnight charging or a daytime top-up. As always, real-world range depends on terrain, speed, temperature and rider load.
The front 19in / rear 17in wheel combination gives a more full-size dirt-bike stance, helping it track straight over ruts and feel stable when you pick up speed. Listed weight is 64.5 kg with a max rider rating of 120 kg, so it is set up for adult-sized riders within the stated limit.
