For most eligible online orders, EU consumers have 14 days after delivery to notify us that they wish to withdraw without giving a reason.
Return shipping, exceptions and any deductions allowed by law depend on the circumstances. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Your rights under EU consumer law
EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from delivery if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Some countries offer longer protection.
As the seller, we are responsible for qualifying faults. This normally means a free repair or replacement. Where the law provides, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Any manufacturer warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or reduce your legal rights. To report an issue, contact us with your order number and details of the fault.
