Can both Hidoes B9 Electric Bike batteries be charged indoors at the same time?

Yes. Both packs are removable and the current package includes two chargers, allowing separate simultaneous charging when suitable outlets are available. Place each battery and charger on a dry, non-flammable surface with ventilation, keep the two charging setups organised and allow roughly 6–9 hours when charging from low.

Is the Hidoes B9 Electric Bike easy to move or lift?

No. The listed net weight is about 43 kg, and its 20 × 4-inch tyres, extended seat and basket create a substantial footprint. It is best kept in ground-level storage; removing both batteries may help with handling, but check the rating of ramps, vehicle racks and storage stands before use.

How should cargo or a second rider be managed on the Hidoes B9 Electric Bike?

The B9 includes an extended split seat and storage basket, with a published 150 kg maximum load. Count the rider, any passenger, cargo and accessories within that total, keep basket loads secure and low, and confirm the manual's seating and foot-support instructions before carrying anyone. Extra load lengthens braking and reduces range, so adjust speed and tyre pressure accordingly.

Is the Hidoes B9 Electric Bike easy to assemble?

The Hidoes B9 Electric Bike arrives mostly assembled. Final setup normally includes aligning and securing the handlebars, fitting the pedals and completing essential safety checks. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes, or select our professional assembly and PDI service.

Is the Hidoes B9 Electric Bike water resistant?

The Hidoes B9 Electric Bike is not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, and never submerge or pressure wash the bike or its electrical components. After riding in wet conditions, wipe the bike dry and store it in a dry, sheltered location.
