How does the J11 Ultra compare with the J11 Max?

The J11 Ultra uses a 1000W motor, 48V 15Ah battery and 10-inch tyres. The J11 Max steps up to 1200W, 48V 18Ah and 11-inch tyres, so the Max is better suited to riders wanting more battery capacity and rough-ground ability.

What range should I expect from the J11 Ultra?

Freeboy quotes up to 40 km (about 25 miles) under favourable conditions. Faster riding, hills, cold weather, frequent acceleration and a heavier rider will reduce that, so normal mixed use should be planned below the headline figure.

What maintenance do the J11 Ultra's tyres and brakes need?

Keep the 10-inch pneumatic tyres at the recommended pressure and inspect them for cuts or embedded debris. Mechanical disc brakes need periodic pad, cable and rotor checks, especially if lever travel increases or braking becomes noisy.

Is the J11 Ultra a lightweight folding scooter?

It folds for storage, but its approximately 28 kg weight makes it a substantial performance scooter rather than a carry-on commuter. Measure the storage area and consider how often it will need to be lifted before choosing it.

Is the Freeboy J11 Ultra Electric Scooter easy to assemble ?

The Freeboy J11 Ultra Electric Scooter arrives mostly assembled. Only minor setup is normally required, such as fitting and checking the handlebars and removable seat. Assembly typically takes around 20–30 minutes when following the supplied instructions.

Is the Freeboy J11 Ultra Electric Scooter waterproof?

The Freeboy J11 Ultra Electric Scooter has a manufacturer-stated IP54 water-resistance rating. It is water-resistant, not waterproof, and should not be submerged, pressure-washed or left exposed to prolonged rain.
