EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from delivery if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Some countries offer longer protection.
As the seller, we are responsible for qualifying faults. This normally means a free repair or replacement. Where the law provides, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Any manufacturer warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or reduce your legal rights. To report an issue, contact us with your order number and details of the fault.
