Comfort & Control The J1 is engineered for all-day comfort. Its step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting easy, while the adjustable front suspension fork with lockout absorbs bumps and uneven surfaces. The wide 2.1” tyres provide grip and cushioning, and the ergonomic saddle and upright riding position reduce fatigue over long distances. Shimano 7-speed gearing allows precise shifting to match your pace and terrain, while 160mm mechanical disc brakes offer confident stopping power in all weather conditions.
Smart Battery System Equipped with a removable 36V 15.6Ah lithium-ion battery securely mounted on the downtube, the Touroll J1 delivers impressive range — up to 62 miles on a single charge in optimal conditions.
Built for Everyday Use Durable, versatile, and ready for real-life riding — the J1 features a robust aluminium alloy frame, integrated rear cargo rack, kickstand, and front/rear reflectors for added visibility. It’s ideal for daily commuting, weekend exploration, or just getting around in comfort.
Officially the J1 is rated up to 100km in assist mode, but normal mixed-use range is lower and varies with hills, rider weight, wind, temperature and assist level. It is best thought of as a strong long-range commuter and leisure bike rather than a model that will always achieve the maximum quoted figure.
The Touroll J1 generally suits riders around 160-200cm, so it covers a broad size range. It is a particularly good match for average-to-taller riders who want a full-size trekking frame and a confident, comfortable riding position.
Choose the standard J1 if you prefer a more traditional step-over frame and a slightly sportier feel. Choose the J1 Step Thru if easier mounting and dismounting matters more, especially for town riding, stop-start commutes or riders who prefer a lower frame entry. Both are aimed at the same trekking-style everyday use.
The Touroll J1 Electric Bike arrives mostly assembled. Final setup normally includes aligning and securing the handlebars, fitting the pedals and completing essential safety checks. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes, or select our professional assembly and PDI service.
The Touroll J1 Electric Bike is not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, and never submerge or pressure wash the bike or its electrical components. After riding in wet conditions, wipe the bike dry and store it in a dry, sheltered location.
