Your rights under EU consumer law
EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from delivery if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Some countries offer longer protection.
As the seller, we are responsible for qualifying faults. This normally means a free repair or replacement. Where the law provides, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Any manufacturer warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or reduce your legal rights. To report an issue, contact us with your order number and details of the fault.

Description
The SAMEBIKE Voyager-XT looks built for getting away from the usual routine. With its compact adventure-inspired proportions, wide tyres and striking colour choices, it brings a different kind of character to leisure riding. Rather than copying a lightweight road bike, it is designed to feel solid, comfortable and ready for mixed-surface exploration.
Designed to be ridden
The Voyager-XT gives you a relaxed riding position and a distinctive, low-profile frame that stands apart from conventional mountain bikes. Pedal assistance takes some of the effort out of longer routes, leaving you free to enjoy the surroundings. A removable battery makes charging more convenient, and the handlebar-mounted display lets you keep an eye on your ride without fuss. Multiple gears give you the freedom to pedal at a comfortable cadence as the route changes.
Comfort you can feel
The wide 20-inch fat tyres are central to the bike's personality. Their generous contact patch and air volume help soften the feel of gravel, compacted paths and other suitable uneven surfaces. Front suspension and a rear shock add another layer of comfort by reducing the amount of vibration and impact passed through the frame. It is a reassuringly substantial ride, particularly for riders who value cushioning over a razor-sharp road-bike feel.
The details that make a difference
Hydraulic disc brakes give controlled braking at both wheels, and the upright cockpit keeps the essentials conveniently to hand. Practical touches such as lighting and a rear luggage carrier make the Voyager-XT more versatile than its playful styling initially suggests. Available colour finishes include Steel Blue, Dark Green, Black and White, so the look can be as distinctive or understated as you prefer.
Who is it for?
Ideal for riders who want a fun, comfortable electric fat bike for leisure outings, firm trails and permitted mixed-surface routes. Its broad tyres and chunky frame bring confidence and visual presence, but also more bulk than a slim commuter. Before riding in public, check the supplied motor configuration and the regulations that apply in your country.
