Your rights under EU consumer law
EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from delivery if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Some countries offer longer protection.
As the seller, we are responsible for qualifying faults. This normally means a free repair or replacement. Where the law provides, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Any manufacturer warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or reduce your legal rights. To report an issue, contact us with your order number and details of the fault.

Description
The SAMEBIKE Crest is a refreshing alternative to the traditional high-step electric mountain bike. It pairs the reassuring feel of large fat tyres with a much more accessible step-through frame, making it attractive to riders who want adventurous styling without having to lift a leg over a tall top tube. Comfortable access and all-round versatility sit at the heart of its design.
Designed to be ridden
The lower central frame opening is useful when stopping frequently, riding in casual clothing or simply preferring an easier way on and off. Once moving, electric pedal assistance helps make hills and longer journeys less demanding. Shimano gearing gives you conventional cycling control, while a colour display keeps essential information within sight. It feels like a practical leisure bike first, with the presence of a much more rugged machine.
Comfort you can feel
Generous 26-inch fat tyres contribute to a stable, cushioned ride over suitable uneven ground. Full suspension — an adjustable front fork plus a rear shock — helps smooth out larger impacts, making compacted paths and rougher stretches more pleasant. A comfort-focused saddle adds to the relaxed riding position. You get a bike that encourages exploring at your own pace rather than riding aggressively.
The details that make a difference
Hydraulic disc brakes provide progressive stopping control, and the removable battery is designed for convenient charging. A rear rack offers space for properly secured luggage, while lighting and mudguards bring day-to-day practicality. The combination of a tidy integrated-battery frame and oversized tyres gives the Crest an eye-catching silhouette in White, Black or Blue.
Who is it for?
Perfect for riders who like the idea of a big-wheeled electric fat bike but value easy mounting, confidence at lower speeds and a comfortable everyday position. It suits leisure routes and permitted mixed-surface exploring. If you prefer a traditional top-tube frame, the SAMEBIKE Storm is a close alternative. Always confirm road-use suitability for the country in which you plan to ride.
