EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from delivery if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Some countries offer longer protection.
As the seller, we are responsible for qualifying faults. This normally means a free repair or replacement. Where the law provides, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Any manufacturer warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or reduce your legal rights. To report an issue, contact us with your order number and details of the fault.

Description
The ONESPORT OT16-2 is a compact folding electric bike for anyone who likes to ride but would rather not dedicate an entire corner of the home to a full-size frame. The folding arrangement helps reduce the space required between journeys, while the familiar bicycle layout makes it easy to move from an ordinary cycle to assisted riding.
The electric motor is there to lend support when you need it, from gentle climbs to those longer stretches where you want to arrive feeling fresher. The OT16-2 favours relaxed cycling over an aggressive racing position, making it easy to picture on local leisure routes and everyday trips on suitable surfaces. It offers the practical convenience of a folder without abandoning the familiar feel of pedalling a bike.
For riders who are looking for a single, adaptable electric bicycle, the OT16-2 offers a sensible blend of manageable proportions and useful assistance. It is particularly appealing where home storage is a consideration, or when the bicycle shares space with other equipment. The OT16-2 is a distinct model, so features should be checked against that version rather than another OT16 variant.
