EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from delivery if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Some countries offer longer protection.
As the seller, we are responsible for qualifying faults. This normally means a free repair or replacement. Where the law provides, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Any manufacturer warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or reduce your legal rights. To report an issue, contact us with your order number and details of the fault.

Description
The ONESPORT OT02 Pro is a compact folding e-bike with a notably natural approach to electric assistance. Its torque sensor responds to how hard you pedal, making the extra power feel connected to your own effort. That gives the OT02 Pro a more engaging cycling character than a bike that delivers the same level of assistance regardless of how you are pedalling.
Slim Kenda tyres and neat city-bike proportions suit smoother everyday surfaces, where an oversized fat-tyre machine would feel unnecessary. The folding frame is especially useful when storage space is limited, while the simple braking and control layout keeps operation familiar. It is a bike designed to fit into daily routines rather than demand special planning around its size.
For riders who enjoy cycling but want help on inclines or longer stretches, the OT02 Pro offers an attractive balance of convenience and responsiveness. Its compact design makes it easy to picture in a city flat, at a holiday property or alongside other stored bikes, while the torque-sensing system keeps the feel of the ride pleasantly close to that of a conventional bicycle.
