EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from delivery if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Some countries offer longer protection.
As the seller, we are responsible for qualifying faults. This normally means a free repair or replacement. Where the law provides, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Any manufacturer warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or reduce your legal rights. To report an issue, contact us with your order number and details of the fault.

Description
The DUOTTS C29 K is an electric mountain bike for riders who prefer a classic, full-size bicycle but want the freedom to spend longer exploring. Its large wheels give it an easy-rolling character on suitable paths and mixed surfaces, while the traditional mountain-bike layout remains familiar to anyone used to riding a conventional cycle.
The standout feature is the dual-battery arrangement. Rather than focusing only on motor output, the C29 K is designed to offer more energy in reserve for longer days in the saddle. Front suspension helps soften rough sections, hydraulic disc brakes give progressive control, and the broad range of Shimano gears lets you adapt your pedalling to changing gradients.
That makes the C29 K a compelling option for riders who plan varied leisure routes and want the comfort of knowing their bike is built with longer outings in mind. It has a more purposeful, conventional riding position than a low-slung fat-tyre model, making it particularly appealing if you like a proper mountain-bike feel with electric support available when the going gets tougher.
