Your rights under EU consumer law
EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from delivery if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Some countries offer longer protection.
As the seller, we are responsible for qualifying faults. This normally means a free repair or replacement. Where the law provides, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Any manufacturer warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or reduce your legal rights. To report an issue, contact us with your order number and details of the fault.

Quick Summary
Designed for more than just commuting, the Cyrusher Glider gives you the space and strength to carry shopping, work gear, child seats or cargo accessories. Its low-step cargo-style frame, fat tyres and hydraulic brakes make it a dependable option for everyday riders who want comfort, utility and control.
Smooth Power Delivery
The Glider uses a torque sensor to deliver assistance based on how hard you pedal, giving a smoother and more natural ride than basic cadence-only systems. The 250W motor provides steady support for daily routes, heavier loads and mixed terrain.
Comfort & Control
Wide 20 x 4.0 inch fat tyres, a front suspension fork and hydraulic disc brakes help keep the ride stable and controlled. The upright riding position, large saddle and cargo platform make it suitable for longer rides, errands and family use.
Smart Battery System
The 52V 15.6Ah removable battery offers up to 62 miles of assisted range depending on rider weight, terrain, assist level and load. The Glider also supports extended battery setups up to 40Ah using Cyrusher’s dual battery balance module.
Tech You Can Trust
Shimano 7-speed gearing, 5 pedal assist levels, integrated lighting and a strong rear rack setup give the Glider the everyday features you would expect from a practical cargo e-bike.
Built for Everyday Use
